With Business Communicator you can see the number of new messages in your mailbox, call voicemail to retrieve messages, and manage voicemail features. If you’re on a first name basis with all your customers, it adds that extra personal touch to include your name in the voicemail. If you’re not on a first name basis, but you’d like to be, then use your name to encourage customers to use it!
Once you have your message, you need to actually record it. The exact process varies depending on whether you’re using a cell phone or office phone, but here’s the basic process: Press the voicemail button, or press and hold 1 on most cell phones.
