On the other hand, a stellar professional voicemail is more than just a way to ensure callers are heard. It’s actually a gateway to encourage recruiters, clients, connections, venders, and other callers to continue forward with the first step in developing a business relationship, which is them making contact. The power of the right voicemail greeting is the caller actually staying on the line to leave that contact information or gain access to an alternative contact point.

Those missed calls add up. And if you’re a small or medium-sized business, you can’t afford to waste so many opportunities to serve customers and close sales. Your inability to answer calls could be holding back your business.
-Hello. I’m sorry I didn’t answer your call. I’m just waiting for more important people to call. If I hear your message and deem you worthy of the title “important,” I will think about calling you back, but for now. Bye! -Beep-

Small business voicemail greeting examples. Creating a good voicemail greeting isn’t difficult, but creating a great one can be tricky. You don’t want to waste time, and you want to maximize the caller’s experience and exposure to your brand—all in about fifteen seconds and without making them hang up.
4.0 out of 5 stars Feature rich phone system, and complex for DIY. Decent system, returned and bought the 6 line phones as this set only had 2 lines. Setting up the other grandstream now, considerable setup time but I’m learning as I go. Has a lot of features, way more than we need for 6 person office. When answer first line after done talking, that line start making annoying beeping until another call. One of our phones stop working properly, not able to put on hold or transfer to another person just after a year of using when the warranty just expired. Telco Depot provided the best tech support that I have ever received. They helped me get set up in about 30 minutes and configured everything for me. They listened to my needs and made sure that I had the right solution and configuration in place to support my business. I rate telco depot 500 stars if I could. Isaak was amazing!
