Share with your caller when they can expect a callback. If you return calls within 24 hours, let them know. Give them an estimate of when they can expect your call.

You can use an existing business hours and holiday schedule to configure the time/days your auto attendant is operational and non-operational, or create a new schedule when you create an auto attendant.
