2. Company Wide Voicemail Greeting. You want to be a little more formal when you're recording a business voicemail greeting for your company. State your business name, your hours of operation, the manner in which you'll reach out to the caller, and a place where he or she can obtain more information about your business.
Open the Phone app on your iPhone. Find and tap the icon on your home screen to open Phone. 2. Tap the Voicemail tab. You can find this button in the lower-right corner of your screen. It will open a list of all your recent voicemail messages. 3. Tap the voicemail you want to download.

To listen to your voicemail messages on an Android phone: Turn on your phone and open the Phone app. Call your voicemail system. Enter your voicemail system passcode. Tap the key that allows you to check messages. Listen to each message and tap the corresponding key to replay it, delete it, or save it. Press End Call when you're finished.
