Our patented technology allows users to WRITE out their greeting script using keywords from their phone’s address book such as ‘FirstName’, ‘LastName’, ‘Number’ and ‘Company’. Once the user writes the greeting text, they choose a Voxist voice that will speak this greeting for them. The greeting they’ve written can apply to one or more callers that they designate.

If the company greeting is any good, it will typically be “Thank you for calling.”
What happens here is when you apologize and sound genuine in your tone, your prospects would understand and leave their contact details for you to follow with them.
There’s a reason this is standard. It starts the conversation off well and pleasantly, and it conveys to the customer that you appreciate them taking the effort to reach out to them. Even though it’s standard courtesy, it still leaves a better impression than a greeting that starts with “You’ve reached our phone line.”
Please leave your details and a quick message and I will get back to you at the earliest time possible. Thanks in advance.
I’m home right now . . . I’m just screening my calls. So just start talking and if you’re someone I want to speak to I’ll pick up the phone. Otherwise, well, what can I say?
Many of our users don’t need calls routed to their phone, they just want a good virtual voicemail system. We can do that, too. Just set up your VirtualPBX account with multiple voicemail boxes for each user or purpose you need. Furthermore, we can route calls directly to voicemail, without ringing a phone first.
