With email, we can simply notify you that a message exists, or we can actually send you the message itself as a .WAV file attachment to the email.

4. Include Other Contact Methods. If there are other ways to get in touch with your business, or receive information about your products, you may want to include them in the after hours greeting.
411 Locals monitored phone calls of 85 businesses for 30 days. Those businesses were spread across 58 industries, and on average, they were only able to answer 37.8 percent of all inbound calls. Select Phone Features. Under Call Forwarding, look for the 10-digit phone number following Forward to Voice Mail. That 10-digit phone number is your access number.
