Aside from the serious hassles I've had with these phones, my main issue is that the seller is no longer accepting returns I am out $700. This is a great phone system. It is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and has an abundance of capabilities through the online portal. Set up would have been a bit tricky if it weren't for the Telco Depot technical support team. Though Grandstream may not be a well-known brand found in stores, you won't be disappointed in the quality and the feature-set of this system.
