But according to ZipWhip’s survey of 1,000 consumers, there’s a different channel most people would prefer to use for customer service: texting.
When busy—This option forwards calls to voicemail when the user is already on a call.
Keep it short and sweet so that the caller can quickly leave their message and move on with their day.
When no answer—This option forwards incoming calls to voicemail after a specified number of rings.

Access Auto Attendant Greetings Log in to 8x8 Admin Console. Click Auto Attendants. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the Auto Attendant you wish to edit. Click the center of your screen or drag an audio file to the Upload your Audio File window. Note: Audio files are limited to 5 MB and must be in an accepted file format: .au, .wav, and .mp3. Click Save.
