You can record a personal greeting, or you can use one of the pre-recorded CenturyLink greetings. Follow the system prompts to select your greeting:
To set up Visual Voicemail, tap Set Up Now. You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm a voicemail password. Next, you’ll have the option to choose the default voicemail greeting or record your own. I cannot get the visual voicemail to play so I can hear it. It is very, very low where you cannot make it out. I have my volume up all the way. I have the iPhone X cream.
You may encounter some problems when using your Visual Voicemail. To fix the issue and listen to your messages, follow these steps: Make sure your mobile is up-to-date by accessing Settings > General > Information. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed on your iPhone. Test your cellular network connection and reset network settings, if necessary, by pressing Go to Settings > General > Reset. Check that you have properly configured your voicemail by dialing your phone number and leaving a message, both from your mobile and from another device. If you have an extra plan on your mobile, switch over to it to test your first voicemail by leaving a message yourself.
