02Hello, you’ve reached [your name] of [your company/business]. I’m sorry that I’m not available to answer your call now. Please leave your details and a brief message at the tone and I’ll make sure your message reaches the right person. OK, so I followed all the instructions that came with the machine. I pressed all the necessary buttons. So… now what? I… am… so… confused. Could you please… beep.

I have a confession to make: I haven't recorded a new voicemail greeting in nearly a decade. Since then, I've (hopefully) become more articulate, poised, and self-assured. But hear my voicemail recording, and you'd think I was still new to the work world, a little unsure of myself — and probably not an authority.
By default, the telephone number is the one assigned to you by your organization, but it could also be a cell phone number or email address. In that case, voice mail would be played back through your email Inbox.
iMazing's Voicemail view includes a Transcript column. It features transcriptions of the voice messages as done by iOS. However, transcription is only available if the voice of the person leaving the voicemail is clear and in the same language as your iPhone's. Transcripts availability also depends on your carrier.

However, most networks do allow you to adjust the length of time that the phone rings before switching to voicemail by dialing in a long code number. On Vodafone this is **61*121*11* followed by the number of seconds and then the hash symbol (#). So to set your phone to ring for 20 seconds you’d dial **61*121*11*20*.
The audio quality may not be perfect, but at least that message won’t be lost forever if something happens to your old device.
YAY! Finally! This worked! Thanks SO much, as I’ve been dealing with this for over a year.
