To set up voicemail on your iPhone: 1. First, tap Phone. 2. From the menu that appears at the bottom, select Voicemail. 3. On the next screen, tap Set Up Voicemail. 4. Enter a password you want to use for your voicemail, then tap Done. 5. Select a custom voicemail greeting or the default one.

On the home screen, expand the App Drawer and tap on the entry named Visual Voice Mail. You’ll be taken through some introductions screens that will showcase some of the capabilities of Visual Voicemail. Tap on Start to configure the service.If you’re a new customer or you haven’t gotten around initializing your voicemail, you will be prompted to do so. But if you followed the first guide, that won’t happen. In any case, after you enter your voicemail password, tap on End Call. After a short waiting period, your Visual Voicemail should now be configured. From the next screen, you can Set your personal greeting or hit Ok to skip this step. To check a voicemail with this service, open the App drawer from your home screen and tap on Visual Voicemail.You’ll see a list with all your voicemails. You can select them All or tap the New tab to only display the ones that you haven’t listen to so far. After you open a voicemail, you can listen to it by tapping the Play icon. To delete a message, tap the trash icon then tap Delete.

You can access listen to your voicemail messages from Microsoft Teams apps or phones, Skype for Business apps or phones, or Outlook apps.

Now, you will hear the Voicemail greetings instruction recorded on the phone. You will be asked to press a specific number to change the greeting. Follow the instructions and press that number.
3. Hello, this is [your name]. I’m sorry I’ve missed your call. If you leave your name, number, and reason for calling, I’ll get back to you as promptly as possible.
5. Hi, this is [your name]. I can’t get to the phone right now, but please leave a message with your name and number, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
With Visual Voicemail, you can see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete. Learn how to set up and transfer your existing voicemail. Create a voicemail password, then tap Done. Enter your password again to confirm it, then tap Done. Select Custom or Default. If you choose Custom, you can record a new greeting. Go to the Phone app, then tap the Voicemail tab. Tap Set Up Now. Enter your password,* then tap done. Record a custom greeting or use the default greeting, then tap Save.
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings and enter your passcode. Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
Unfortunately, you cannot currently send individual calls to voicemail on an iPhone without using a non-native app.
Outlook Voice Access enables you to use your phone to access voice mail, email, calendar, and contacts. The options you set for Outlook Voice Access include the order in which you access new messages and the folder that you dial in to, e.g., Inbox.
