I am sorry for the delay in response, best bet would be to contact us by dialing 611 from your US Mobile number, or by initiating chat with us from bottom right of this page so we can try and resolve this in a live environment. I’m trying to set up my voicemail box, but when I get to the menu the only options are to access an existing mailbox (I tried putting my number in under that option, but it says it’s invalid) or to leave a message for another number. Help, please?

Rehearse or write down your message before recording it. Remember that old saying “practice makes perfect?” It’s certainly true when it comes to creating an electronic greeting. The more you’ve rehearsed, the easier the message will be to restate. If you don’t have time to practice, writing down the greeting before recording it – and then reading it aloud from the paper – may help you stay focused on the correct wording.

Go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password. You can then follow the prompts to change your Voicemail password.
Once your Apple Visual Voicemail is deactivated, you will once again receive SMS notifications from your standard voicemail notifying of new voicemails.
Tap Record a new greeting. Note: If necessary, delete an existing greeting (limit of 2 greetings) to make room for the new greeting: Tap the Menu key, tap Delete greetings, tap the check box next to the desired greeting, and then tap Delete.

A professional voicemail greeting is essential in many aspects of a business. In sales, it enables you to properly respond to inquiries from prospects and customers or discuss a deal in more detail. When they call, and you can’t answer, you may lose the opportunity for immediate communication and potentially lose a client or customer.
You’re growing tired. Your eyelids are getting heavy. You feel very sleepy now. You are gradually losing your willpower and your ability to resist suggestions. When you hear the tone you will feel helplessly compelled to leave your name, number, and a message.
While discovering the function may be a little tricky on your own, have no fear because setting up voicemail is actually fairly easy. Just follow the instructions below and you’ll be able to easily memorize the steps if it ever becomes necessary in the future again.
Step 5. In the greeting section, select whether you want the greeting to be default or custom. Choose custom if you want to record your own voice for a personalized greeting.
If you want to add another condition to your rule, select Add condition. You can add multiple conditions to a rule but do this judiciously so your rules don't become overly complex.
iOS (the iPhone operating system) uses a system similar to Trash on a Mac, in that deleting a voicemail will remove it from view but not necessarily remove the file completely. If your iPhone is still picking up that file, it will show as not being able to be deleted.
Change your voicemail password: Go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password, then enter the new password.
