From the My Phone Service page, scroll to My voicemail and select Set up voicemail. Choose your voicemail box type. Select Advanced voicemail (suggested method), and then select Next. Subaccounts voicemail access and phone number assignment. Add name and assign each phone number a name to easily identify who is using the line. Select Continue.

Voicemails have been around in one form or another since the beginning telephone communications. You may need the password you created when you set up your voice mailbox. You'll only need to enter your password in the Visual Voicemail app once, during the initial setup of the service. To limit unauthorized access to your voicemail, consider locking your phone when you aren't using it.
