I know you probably thought of this, but did you ever record the message someplace else or possibly have it playing while shooting a home video during a birthday or an anniversary? Probably a remote possibility, but you never know. Since you didn’t record over it, there might be a possibility of retrieving it. I really hope so! Please let us know what happens.
Assuming you only care to hear from a handful of people, open your phone’s Settings, and tap on Notifications. From here, tap on Do Not Disturb and toggle it on. Now, you can tap Allow Exceptions and add the contacts you’d like to get calls from.

Now, it’s the time for a tutorial on how to change voicemail greeting on Android. Basically, there are two methods to get it done, depending on your system operation. If you’re using Android Marshmallow, here’s what you need to do:
Calls will still technically be delivered to your phone, but your phone will not alert you to the call. This is a handset block and not a network block. You can put a network block on persistent telemarketers, but you need to contact your network provider for that. To view voicemails from blocked calls, go to Voicemail, then scroll all the way to the bottom and tap “Blocked Messages.”
5. Use voicemail on a computer. Download messages to a computer. If you're the Primary Account Holder, you can save your messages from your My-T-Mobile account.

Step 2. Press and hold “1” key on your keypad. You will get a message that you have no voicemail number stored on the card.
To save voicemails on most Android phones: Open your Voicemail app. Tap, or tap and hold the message you want to save. In the menu that appears, tap the one that says “save”, “export” or “archive.”
30. Hello, you’ve reached [your name]. I’m currently out of the office and will return on [X date]. If your call requires urgent attention, please call [Name] at [phone number] and they’ll be happy to assist you. If not, leave a message and I’ll return your call when I get back.
Select the Phone app and select Voicemail. If you see a message that says Set Up Now in the bottom corner of the voicemail screen, you have not set it up.Tap Set Up Now and follow the wizard. You will need to set up a greeting and a password to get it working.Check signal strength
9. “Hey, it’s [your name] at [your company] – thanks for giving me a call! I can’t wait to chat. Just leave your name, number and I’ll call you back as soon as I have the chance. Better yet, send me a text with the best time to reach you and the reason for your call. Looking forward to hearing from you.” Text communication is becoming much more relevant now. Direct your caller to text you in case they have a question you can answer easier via text. Who knows, they might prefer text messages to phone calls too.
You can call your voicemail service to check your messages. Open the Phone app . At the bottom, tap Dialpad . Touch and hold 1.
