Once the voicemail is done, click the "Stop" button at the bottom part of the tool. You can find the recorded audio by clicking the three parallel bars at the right bottom of the recorder. From there, select the recording track and click the "Play" button to listen to the recorded voicemail. You can also click the "Folder" icon at the rightmost part of the Recording List section to open its output folder.
But what’s really great about Samsung’s way of dealing with voicemails is the new and improved Visual Voicemail service. This lets you view voice mail messages and listen to them in any order you want. Instead of listening to all of them in order, you can pick the ones you’re interested in. Even more, you can decide to erase or archive them, all from your device screen. Visual Voicemail also includes button shortcuts to call back or text a person that left you a voicemail.

In certain situations, it’s a good idea to let a call go to voicemail. If you’re in a loud area, unable to spend 10-15 minutes talking, or are otherwise distracted, don’t answer. Recruiters who cold-call candidates will understand that you’re simply unavailable – but make sure to return calls in a timely manner. If possible, call back during regular business hours.
