Hi Mary! First of all, I’m so sorry to hear that. What a horrible thing to have happen! It really depends on the manufacturer. There are high quality picture frames and small, less expensive ones that probably don’t have a lot of memory or ways to protect what’s been recorded. I would start with the manufacturer to see if they have any ideas. If they can’t help, try one of the recording suggestions we made in the post to see if they might be able to help. Even some Walgreens and Walmart have recording services, that preserve recordings, so they might also be able to help.
Closing out of your apps is like turning your iPhone off and back on — it gives your apps a fresh start. If one of the apps that you have open crashes in the background, it may prevent other apps you have open from functioning properly. It can be difficult to identify which specific app or apps are malfunctioning, so we'll close them all to save time. Double-press the Home button to view the apps your currently have open. Use your finger to swipe up on the apps to close them. You'll know all your apps are closed when you only see a preview of your lock screen.

Once the voicemail is done, click the "Stop" button at the bottom part of the tool. You can find the recorded audio by clicking the three parallel bars at the right bottom of the recorder. From there, select the recording track and click the "Play" button to listen to the recorded voicemail. You can also listen to calls through the Google Voice app. Just tap the menu button at the top left of the screen, and tap “Recorded.” Then choose which call you want to listen to.
I am sorry for the delay in response, best bet would be to contact us by dialing 611 from your US Mobile number, or by initiating chat with us from bottom right of this page so we can try and resolve this in a live environment. I’m trying to set up my voicemail box, but when I get to the menu the only options are to access an existing mailbox (I tried putting my number in under that option, but it says it’s invalid) or to leave a message for another number. Help, please?
