Jan 21, 2008 · Where "(your phone number)" is your 11-digit phone number (including 1 and the area code), and "15" is the number of seconds (from 5 to 30 in 5 second increments) that you want your phone to ring before going to voicemail. Pressing and holding the 1 key will dial you into your Voicemail's main menu instantly. You can also call your own number or select Voicemail from the list of options under the three-dot menu in the app.
When someone reaches your voicemail, it’s important that you help them confirm that they have reached the right person by providing all of the relevant information that they will need. Who have they reached? Did they contact the right person and the right business? Should they leave a message? When will you get back to them? Is there a better time for them to call?
