When I click on voicemail it calls voicemail. How do I change that?? Please help!!!!
To record a call using your voicemail follow these steps: Open your Phone app. Click "voicemail" in the lower right-hand corner. Click "call voicemail" (depending on your carrier, you may have a different but similar option). Enter your iPhone voicemail password. Press the number associated with sending yourself a message.

When you stop recording (either by ending the call or hitting 4 again), the call is saved to your inbox. If you want, you can listen to or download the call from there. However, there are a few different “types” of a voicemail that you may be able to have on your device. One is a Visual Voicemail and the other is just a standard voicemail that you had on your landline a few years ago.
