By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.
You may be prompted to input a password if you have any security functions in place. Input your password to continue. If you are still prompted for a password input even if you do not have any security measures in place, all you have to do is type in the last four digits of your phone number.
Step 5. Tap “Stop” to end the recording. Then, tap “Save.” You can open your recordings in the top-right corner of the screen.
