System administrators can configure voicemail settings for any extension in Account Manager. Individual extension users can change their voicemail settings in Work for Desktop or Virtual Office Online. To configure voicemail settings as a system administrator in 8x8 Admin Console, click here.

When you get a voicemail, you can check your message from the notification on your phone. Swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap Voicemail ….You can call your voicemail service to check your messages. Open your device’s Phone app . At the bottom, tap Dialpad . Touch and hold 1. How do you listen to your voicemail from a different phone? Call your 10-digit wireless number. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the * key to interrupt it. If you reach the main voicemail system greeting, enter your 10-digit wireless phone number, then interrupt your greeting by pressing the * key. Can I listen to my voicemail without setting it up?
As mentioned earlier, before you try to set up visual voicemail, make sure you have it activated on your phone and that your carrier allows it. If your phone isn’t capable of using visual voicemail, then simply move on to the next method.
On another phone: Dial your own mobile number, press * or # (depending on your carrier) to bypass your greeting, then enter your voicemail password.

First, install the voicemail recorder on your Windows or Mac computer. Hit at least a "Download" button provided above to get it started. Once installed, open Music Recorder and let's start recording voicemail.
You can change your voicemail password by calling (800)-331-0500 from your iPhone. You’ll reach AT&T’s automated customer service menu which will ask for your phone number and billing zip code. A few seconds later, the message “Password Incorrect – Enter Voicemail Password” will appear on the display of your iPhone. Enter the last seven digits of your cellphone number to change your voicemail password. I strongly recommend that you read AT&T’s support article on changing your voicemail password before attempting to do so.
