The audio quality may not be perfect, but at least that message won’t be lost forever if something happens to your old device.
40. Hi, I’m not in right now, but if you leave a detailed message I’ll call you back promptly.

With all the amazing different types our iPhone’s can do, we sometimes forget they are also a phone. While calling people isn’t nearly as common as it once was, it still happens and your phone still needs to be able to make and receive calls. However, there are bound to be times when you are not by your device when a call comes through. But instead of just missing the call entirely (which could be incredibly important), why not set up voicemail on your device. While it might sound like a daunting task, it really isn’t that bad or hard to create. However, if you are confused about how to set up voicemail on your iPhone 6S, worry no more. This article will go into how to set up your voicemail on your device with ease.
Hello. This is Chris. John and Mike aren’t here right now, but if you leave a message, they’ll get back to you as soon as they can.
OK, so I followed all the instructions that came with the machine. I pressed all the necessary buttons. So… now what? I… am… so… confused. Could you please… beep.
One cool iOS feature is called Visual Voicemail. This is Apple’s attempt to make voicemail less annoying. Visual Voicemail allows you to see a transcription of the voicemail the caller left. This transcription allows you to read their voicemail as if it were a text message.
Visual Voicemail works with iOS 8 and later versions. For an update, visit the Apple website. How do I listen to my messages with Visual Voicemail?
No you can’t. I just called and asked for it to be turned off completely and was told it is impossible. It’s aggravating to get conflicting information. Obviously either the CS Team member who wrote the previous post, or the employee I just spoke to on the phone, doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
I have my uncle’s recording of him singing me ‘Happy Birthday’ on my phone recorder which I’ve saved since June 2016 which apparently cannot be recorded other than via speaker phone to a recorder that makes a poor quality recording. So I seem to be unable to delete it if I want to hear it again so my message machine fills up continuously. My phone is ATT. Is there any way for me to record it to save his voice to some other media so I can replay it to hear him again?(both he and my dad,his brother passed away). Are there any home phone systems available that either record to a removeable chip, cassette, or whatever which can be saved other than an audio recording to another audio recorder which declines its quality significantly?
The effing spammers are using this frequently. I wish Sprint would turn this off. Their G.D. spam goes directly to my mailbox without me being able to kill the call first.
Note: The text messaging notifications feature is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you don't see your mobile service provider listed, you won't be able to set up text messaging notifications.

Don’t rush. It’s important to speak slowly and clearly when leaving your next voicemail greeting. Have you ever called someone and the message sounds like one big word? Don’t be that guy. Pronounce your words and take pauses between your sentences
