To locate your Voice Recordings in the My Files app please follow the below steps; Launch the My Files app Under categories select Audio Select Voice Recorder Convert Speech to Text Click to Expand 7 Your speech will then be converted to text. Once complete tap on and save the file. Sharing Voice Recordings Click to Expand 3 If you would like to share multiple voice recordings select accordingly then tap on Share Continue Recording on Existing Voice Recording Click to Expand 1 Select the exsiting Voice Recording you would like to continue Recording 8 Once saved you will be able to view the new recording at the top of your list
Thanks so much for your help. Closing it down did the trick on my Iphone. This has happened before and I don’t know what I did to correct it, but this was sooooo…. easy.

I called customer support. They were not able to fix it and made it worse. Now it rings once instead of three times. They put in a service request and said it would be 1-3 days. Now they say 3 to 5 business days. I don't understand how something so simple could be such a major problem. I just wanted them to change the number of rings to at least 7. Disconnected the 1st of the junction boxes at top of door. Phone line rings after doing this so proves problem is in the home. I then ran a new wire pair to the NTE5, problem then came back, even with the pull out isolation port or whatever it’s called. Then wired direct to the back plate if that’s the correct term, phone starts ringing again.
