I have a Oneplus 7 on vodafone - recently I have been receiving one ring calls that are then going to voicemail. Also I have been unable to successfully call out. Where I am getting a beep and then the call is disconnected. If I reboot my phone it works for a while but then stops again within a few hours.
I have checked your account and I can confirm that the voicemail on your account can be disabled. But again, this might just get automatically enabled from time to time so you may have to contact us again to get it done. Again I apologize for the confusion and the delay in response. You can disable voicemail by dialing ##002# on your phone. That disables all call forwarding so no calls will go to voicemail. I use Google Voice for voicemail so I disabled it on the cellphone side.
