2. If you don't have a Voicemail app on your phone, or you aren't sure how to find it, you can still set up your voicemail using the Phone app. Tap on the Phone app to open it.

Go to the Settings app, switch Airplane Mode to off, then switch it back on 30 seconds later. If that doesn’t work, go to Settings > General > Reset and select Reset Network Settings. You also might want to try powering down your iPhone and turning it back on. Select the Voicemail tab, then select Set Up Now. If prompted, enter your voicemail password then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail. Go to Settings app → Tap on Cellular Data → make Turn Cellular data ON. If it’s already enabled, then make the turn-off and back on again and however, you have an issue regarding voicemail then try next way.
7. You have customized your personal voicemail greeting. Remove the phone from your ear.
Navigate to your call list and add the number you want to avoid as a contact.Navigate to Contacts and select the contact you just added.Inside the individual contact, tap the three-dot menu icon.Select Route to voicemail.

Most carriers offer voicemail for free. However, some carriers may limit the number of voicemail messages you can have stored. But this shouldn’t be a problem because not many callers leave voicemails anymore.
