You will be asked to delete your current Voicemail greeting. Click on the ‘Yes’ button that appears on the screen if you want to remove that. Thank you. I have tried the phone in another socket and it does the same thing. Rings twice and cuts off, 1571 doesn't kick in. I'm a bit concerned as I had a phone call from someone saying they could stop nusaince calls. I said no but it has been since then.
Re: Phone calls go directly to Voice Mail - DND is not on This is an old thread, but I have a solution that worked for me. When you dial *21, all calls are routed directly to voice mail. To stop calls from being sent straight to voice mail, dial #21.
