To access voice mail settings in the new Outlook on the web, select Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Voice mail.
Some networks charge a flat monthly fee to use voicemail, while others charge for each individual voicemail message, or charge by the minute while you're connected to the voicemail system. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Chances are, that voicemail that you’ve recorded and deleted thirty times has been just fine. Your main goal is not to get in the way of the caller leaving a message, which is exactly what can happen if you overthink it or drone on too long.
To delete a message, swipe it left. To delete more than one at a time, tap Edit in the top right corner. Then select the messages you'd like to delete, then tap Delete in the bottom right corner.
When you're in a call, wait for the Add Call button to light up, so you can add a third caller via 3-way calling. Tell the other person to wait, click the button, and call yourself. If you are recording a voicemail message for business, be sure you include your name and your company's name, so people know who they are calling and were they are reaching them. If you do not include the business name, they may think they have mistakenly called you at your personal number. You will also want to make sure to give callers the option to speak to someone who is currently available, an operator or other representative, by pressing a certain key (check with IT personnel to see what this might be).

While they are listening to your voice, they are internally deciding whether or not it is worth their time to continue or hang up. Look at your voicemail message as its own short advertisement.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to either live with the voicemail notification just sitting there, or you may need to try a full reset of your iPhone.
