However, there are a few different “types” of a voicemail that you may be able to have on your device. One is a Visual Voicemail and the other is just a standard voicemail that you had on your landline a few years ago. Visual voicemail lets you physically see and play all of the voicemails, while regular is just done through the following audio prompts to hear your voicemails. Visual Voicemail is only offered throughout certain providers (and some might make you pat extra), so there is no guarantee that you will have it on your device.
3. Once there, click on "Greeting" in the top left corner. You can view all your saved voicemails in this menu, as well as set a new greeting.

Step 3. You will be asked to create a voicemail password. Create a password and then tap “Done”
1. Some mobile phones have a Voicemail app easily accessible from the get-go. To start the voicemail setup process, just tap on the Voicemail app and follow the on-screen prompts.

We know your time is precious, so to skip the back and forth, kindly leave a few different times of day that work best with your schedule and we will do our best to reach you then! Have a great day.” This greeting lets your caller know that not only your time is precious, but you realize theirs is as well.

We are hoping this can be done before the outgoing message is accidentally deleted.
The audio quality may not be perfect, but at least that message won’t be lost forever if something happens to your old device.
4. Hi, this is [your name]. I’m unable to take your call right now but leave your name and number, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
