Voice messages can be up to five minutes long. When your voicemail is full, you can no longer receive new messages.
Your voicemail PIN can be any number 4 to 15 digits long. Be sure to make note of it because you'll need it to access your messages in the future.
First I would check the phone to see if it saved the greeting to its files. Some phones do and some don’t. If you are unable to find the voicemail greeting file, google the question for your type of phone. If you’re unable to find it or do it, call youe cell phone carrier to see if they can help. Some carriers still save voicemail greetings on their systems. It’s a great reminder though that if you have a greeting you really want to keep, to make sure you record it and save it to your computer and to a flash drive or cloud drive for good measure. Hope that helps! Laura
Out of town? Your callers should know. Let them know with the following vacation voicemail greetings.
1. Checking Your Voicemail on a Cell Phone Access your digital voice mailbox through your smartphone's touch screen. On an iOS phone, tap on the Phone application and then look for a square in the bottom right hand corner of the screen that reads Voicemail.
The reason these hacks work is that it is possible to access your voicemail from another phone by calling the voicemail number for your network and then entering your unique voicemail PIN. For example, If you are with EE you can dial 07953 222222 from any phone and just enter your voicemail PIN to listen to your messages.
Slydial only works if you’re calling a mobile phone. Even if the landline you are trying to call has digital voicemail, the app will not work. Otherwise, the process automatically bypasses the live line and goes straight to voicemail.
Apple makes it easy to save and share voicemails. This is excellent for business or scholastic use. Share important messages with coworkers or classmates, or upload them to a computer anyone can access. Just be careful you’re sharing only what you want to.
Once the voicemail is done, click the "Stop" button at the bottom part of the tool. You can find the recorded audio by clicking the three parallel bars at the right bottom of the recorder. From there, select the recording track and click the "Play" button to listen to the recorded voicemail. You can also click the "Folder" icon at the rightmost part of the Recording List section to open its output folder.
4.) Welcome to Mr. John Doe. Mr. Doe is away from his desk. Please leave a message that Mr. Doe can call you back as soon as possible. Many thanks for your call.
