Jun 30, 2014 · Problem:Â I was approached by a customer who asked me why his iPhone 5c wouldn’t ring even though he had, what looked to be, enough signal to receive a call. Â On the caller side, the phone would ring once and then go to voicemail. Â We tested and yes, it would ring sometimes and other times it would not.

In sales, immediate communication with your prospects and current customers is important. Being available to answer questions or further negotiate a deal allows your clients to feel secure and more apt to purchase from you. But what if you can’t answer the phone when they call? Make sure you have a voicemail system set up so your clients have the opportunity to leave you a message.
Fixing these kinds of problems is a process of elimination. There is no single fix for all voicemail problems so trial and error is the theme of the day: try one of the solutions below and then retest. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, move on to the next possible solution.
