To access your cell phone voice mail from a landline or another phone, dial your cell phone number and you will hear your voicemail message. Interrupt the message by pressing * (AT&T or T-Mobile) or # (Verizon), then enter your voicemail PIN code. If that does not work, try searching “calling voicemail from a landline” on your cell phone
6. After listening to each message, decide what you want to do with it. The most recent voicemail message that you've received should start playing. When it finishes, you will be given some choices about what you want to do with the message.
Note: If Greeting that lets callers know you'll be away for an extended period of time is selected, the call answering rules previously recorded are ignored and only the greeting recorded for this option is played.
