It doesn’t matter what you save to your phone, computer or tablet — everything you keep on your devices should be considered private unless you give someone else permission to look through your files, images and apps.
It is really nice to know that it is possible to save all of your best voice messages. This is a great way to be able to keep and remember some of your most cherished memories. It is amazing to me that this is something that can be done with so many different types of communication devices. I am especially amazed that it can be done with a cassette tape. Open the Phone app on your iPhone. Tap Voicemail in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap Set Up Now. Enter a passcode (the passcode must be four to six digits). Tap Done. Re-enter the passcode. Tap Done. Your voicemail messaging service is now set up and you will not need to use the passcode again unless there is an issue.
