When I click on voicemail it calls voicemail. How do I change that?? Please help!!!!
Changes can be made to voicemail settings on the phone through the voicemail options audio menu only after the initial voicemail password has been set up in 8x8 Admin Console, Work for Desktop, and Work for Web. Android 6.0 and above includes a OMTP VVM client, which (when provided with the correctconfiguration) will connect to Carrier VVM servers and populate visualvoicemail messages within the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) Dialer. The VVM client: 1. Handles the SMS messages used to activate/deactivate/query status of theservice and the SMS messages used to notify the device of events in thesubscriber's mailbox 2. Fetches details of voicemail quota (total mailbox size and occupied size) 6. Integrates into the Dialer for user functionality such as calling back, viewingunread messages, deleting messages, etc.
If you want to avoid marketing calls, you can just block them instead. This won’t stop that first call, but it will stop subsequent calls.
The service also recommends stating your name, apologizing for missing the call and that you will call them back. If possible include a time frame for a return call. Don’t ramble or include un-needed information.

These calls will not ring on your phone before ringing the destination number. Once enabled, missed calls will not go to voicemail. Forward 'busy signal' calls: When you enable 'busy signal' forwarding, calls are only forwarded if you are utilizing call waiting—essentially if you're on two calls.
You have the option in settings for calls to be answered either via the app itself (check off iOS Device) or by having the call forwarded to your mobile number. Either way, you are not technically doing the recording on your iPhone. It's all done on Google's servers, which handle the Voice over IP (VoIP) connection.
