The main interface of the recorder is like a control bar. From here, turn on "System Sound" to capture any audio coming out from your device. Next, hit the "REC" button to start recording. You can play the voicemail at this moment.
Tapping each one gives you the option to listen to the message, return the call or delete the message.
Follow the instructions and press that number. You will be asked to delete your current Voicemail greeting. Click on the ‘Yes’ button that appears on the screen if you want to remove that. You can save your new recorded Voicemail greeting or can use the default recorded option. View the voicemail number. Press and hold the 1 on your device’s dial pad to call and connect to your voicemail. Press the star * key to access the main menu. Press 4 to access the mailbox options. Press 7 to change the language of the voicemail prompts to either Spanish or English.
Step 6: You can now find all the call recordings in the My Files app by navigating to Internal Storage > Call folder.

Your voicemail is set up with a default greeting, but you can record a personal greeting any time you want.
Personally, I think Samsung has one of the best ways of dealing with your voicemail. In addition to offering a quick and easy way of acessing your voicemail, Visual Voicemail will let you jump right into the message you want to listen without having to listen to each message until you get there.
