From transcription and voice to text to more convenient features of handling multiple phones through one number, availability varies by service. Shared voicemail and call routing is intended for multiple access and directing calls to one or multiple phones. Mobile apps are also available that allow you to check your messages from your phone. To set up Visual Voicemail, tap Set Up Now. You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm a voicemail password. Next, you’ll have the option to choose the default voicemail greeting or record your own. If you want to record your own custom greeting, tap Custom. Once you’ve entered created your password and chosen your greeting, you’ll be able to receive voicemails and view them in the Phone app.

2. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Greeting. The greeting callers hear when they enter your IVR. Sample Scripts: “For English press 1. Para Español presione el número 2.”
Unfortunately, there’s no built-in button in your iPhone’s phone app for recording calls. Instead, you’ll have to use a third-party app or service or use a clever workaround.
