No you can’t. I just called and asked for it to be turned off completely and was told it is impossible. It’s aggravating to get conflicting information. Obviously either the CS Team member who wrote the previous post, or the employee I just spoke to on the phone, doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

One cool iOS feature is called Visual Voicemail. This is Apple’s attempt to make voicemail less annoying. Visual Voicemail allows you to see a transcription of the voicemail the caller left. This transcription allows you to read their voicemail as if it were a text message.
Open your phone’s voicemail app, then tap (or in some cases, tap and hold) the message you want to save. You should be presented with a list of options; the save option will usually be listed as “save”, “save to phone,” “archive,” or something similar.

I put in a 7-15 digit password and click Done, but I get the message “Voicemail Error” try again later everytime. Help.
