My new personal voice message recording sounds clear, concise and sophisticated. Just by changing my voicemail message I felt I had substantially upgraded my image. I always want clients and colleagues to view me as professional, that is why a professional well thought out personal voice greeting is a way to market myself and my business too.

Before any business can create clear, easy to hear (and understand) recorded audio messages, they need the right recording equipment. Many businesses try to get by with using audio recorded on a standard recording device.
This is exactly why you need to create such a voicemail that lets your prospects analyze it and give their details for you to reach out to them.
25.Thank you for calling [X company Company name]. Our representatives are currently unable to take your call as they are helping clients achieve [X goal]. We don’t want to take up your valuable time, so please leave us your name, phone number and message after the beep and one of our representatives will personally assist you within the next 24 hours. There are plenty of options for business voicemail messages, including professional greetings, casual messages, and even funny ones. Consider your brand voice and target audience to choose the tone. And include directions for those who call.
A relatively unprofessional one — like mine, for instance — does the opposite: It encourages prospects, recruiters, and potential connections to run in the other direction.
“Hey, there! This is [your name]. Please leave me a message with your name, number, and the reason you’re calling. If you also tell me [insert random fact] I’ll be sure to move you to the top of my call list. Have a great day!”
The phrase ‘Your call is important to us’ is very overused and can sometimes come off as insincere. Instead your professional voicemail greeting should say something like ‘We appreciate your call and look forward to speaking with you soon.’
