Sign into Message Centre at rogers.com/messagecentre Select Voicemail Settings, then choose Voicemail Broadcast Click New Group, then tap Create Group Choose a group ID number and select Create Enter the phone number of a contact you want to add by clicking Add a New Member (no spaces between numbers) Repeat Step 5 for each contact; once complete, tap Submit Create a Voicemail Group Distribution List by Phone: Dial *98, then press 4221. A group number will automatically be assigned. Say the name of the group (e.g., "Project X"), then press 1 to save (or 2 to change it). Enter the phone number of a person you want to include in the group, then follow the prompts to enter more people. Once you've registered with the Business Message Centre, you can listen to your voicemail from your email. Your messages will appear in your inbox - in real time, with a special icon to distinguish them. To play, simply double-click the message; you can also forward, save and more. Business Online Manager Getting Started with Business Online Manager Customize and manage your phone, forward calls, create a unique ring and much more - all online. That's the convenience that Business Online Manager offers you. Before getting started, you'll need to create or log into your My Rogers account. Go to rogers.com and click Register. Follow the registration steps, then log in. Once you're logged in, select the Business Phone number you'd like to manage, then click Continue.
