Rehearse your greeting a few times before you press record. Plan your pauses and select natural places to take a breath. If you are recording directly into your phone don't hold it to your ear like you are talking on the phone. This can produce a muffled tone. Hold the phone out in front of you a few inches from your mouth for the clearest recording. This may require some trial and error. So playback your greeting and make necessary adjustments on your re-record.
Here comes the bad news: I have a few complaints about the app, most of which could ultimately be resolved in a software update. The first is the voices, as I’ve already said. Secondly, the app UI isn’t all that smooth. I found myself tapping buttons three or four times before I got a response, and that was over a pretty solid WiFi connection. Luckily, little stuff like that can be fixed in an update, and we hope that the folks at Orange Vallée get that cleaned up soon.

When you receive a voicemail, a notification will alert you on Skype for Business apps, desktop phone, and email app. If the caller hangs-up before leaving a message, you will receive a Missed-Call Notification email with the caller information (if it was not blocked).
