When you receive a voicemail, a notification will alert you on Skype for Business apps, desktop phone, and email app. If the caller hangs-up before leaving a message, you will receive a Missed-Call Notification email with the caller information (if it was not blocked). There is no option under this to change voicemail greeting. When I go to My account settings there is only the option to forward calls or to go to voicemail but no option there to change the greeting (as the on-line versions show). Yes. You can either record a custom greeting using our Dial & Record feature, or you can upload your own audio file and set it as your voicemail greeting. Can I have multiple voicemail greetings? Yes. You can record or upload as many greetings as you want, and either switch between them as needed, or assign them to different mailboxes.
