Note: The text messaging notifications feature is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you don't see your mobile service provider listed, you won't be able to set up text messaging notifications.
As mentioned above, alerting callers that they won’t be getting an immediate call back is of upmost importance for an entity’s reputation and a caller’s satisfaction.

When you receive a voicemail, a notification will alert you on Skype for Business apps, desktop phone, and email app. If the caller hangs-up before leaving a message, you will receive a Missed-Call Notification email with the caller information (if it was not blocked). Microsoft continues to ride roughshod over people who have been users - at not inconsiderable expense - for YEARS. Skype itself is NOT free to use (even leaving aside my paid phone number) because it wastes hours and causes anxiety and frustration, each of which has a cost. Skype was never perfect but it had some degree of honesty before it was swallowed up by Microsoft.
