Why would you remove support for this? I'm completely amazed. I thought my old custom greeting got lost during an update but not to have a BASIC feature that has been available since Skype's inception is just foolish. I now can't change my message if I'm on vacation or travelling on business or anything. This is a major step backwards in terms of functionality. Here you need to follow the prompts to set up your greeting for the first time. You can change other settings here as well. Once you have created an outgoing voicemail message, go to the voicemail menu on the iphone, choose custom and press play. You should here the greeting. Press save to verify it.
