7. Once you begin recording, you'll see the line turn red. This indicates how much time you have left. You'll have about two minutes to record your greeting - chances are you won't need that long.
Finally, and most annoyingly, getting set up with On Voicefeed was pretty tedious. You have to enter basic information, just like almost any other app, which is fine. But then you’re asked to enter a security code that is sent to you by text. At this point, I’m thinking, “Alright, but this better be it.” Then, the app asked me to call a number that was automatically added to my contacts in order to activate the account. Fortunately, that was the end of it, but I was still a little peeved at how long it took to get started. I’m sure that some of those steps are necessary to tap into your voicemail, but finding a way to streamline the process would be much appreciated.

The bottom line is that a business’s situation is likely to change often and rapidly, each of which need a unique and applicable voicemail greeting to cover the circumstances and timeline. For example, callers shouldn’t reach a business-as-usual voicemail, and therefore expect a return call within the business day, if the subject they’re calling is out on vacation for two weeks. Such a lack of communication is a recipe to lose that caller’s trust and tarnish the brand’s reputation.
Automated personalized greetings are currently in Beta, and available to all Voxist users for free! It may become a paid feature at the end of the Beta period, but that’s still TBD. Please try it out, and let us know what you think. Your feedback keeps us honest and helps us build a service that best meets your needs.

Use call answering rules to determine what happens when a caller reaches your voice mail. For example, if you have automatic replies turned on, then you could set up your rule to transfer the caller to a different number. If you have multiple rules, you can specify the order in which they are applied.
A word of warning: These greetings will not do you any favors if you're in the midst of a job hunt or work in a conservative industry. Always remember your target personas. If there's a chance they won't appreciate your sense of humor, opt for a straightforward greeting instead.
If voice mail options are grayed out, you're using the Skype for Business voice mail service with cloud PSTN. Voice mail options aren't available in Outlook.

The finish line is in sight! Apple's annual iPhone event is likely just a week or so away and all eyes will be on the company as it unveils the next version of its most popular product line. With any luck, we'll also see the next-generation Apple Watch and perhaps even some new AirPods. Other news this week saw Apple making some more changes to its App Store policies in response to a...

I had the same issue and was able to figure it out. When in phone mode, press and hold the 1. This will dial into your voicemail system the "old school" way. Here you need to follow the prompts to set up your greeting for the first time. You can change other settings here as well. Once you have created an outgoing voicemail message, go to the voicemail menu on the iphone, choose custom and press play. You should here the greeting. Press save to verify it.
