The extension users may want to make their voicemails more personalized and professional depending on presence, you can set personalized voicemail greetings for each user. Upload an extension voicemail greeting Log in to PBX management portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension. Click Voicemail tab.
