When writing your voicemail script, include basic information such as a short greeting, your company name, an invitation to leave a short message, and the time frame in which the caller can expect a return call. If relevant, you may want to include your office hours, extensions for company departments, and the contact information for your office manager or HR department.
Access Visual Voicemail messages. For AT&T Visual Voicemail 1 app for Android, tap the AT&T Visual Voicemail app. For all other types of Visual Voicemail, tap Phone > Voicemail. Tap to select the desired voicemail message. Tap the Play icon if it doesn’t play automatically. Tap the Pause icon to pause playback.

You can also erase any of your existing recordings associated with your voicemail box. To delete your name recording, unavailable greeting, or temporary greeting: Dial *98 on your OnSIP-registered phone. Enter your voicemail box number. Enter the PIN/password for your voicemail box. Press 0 for voicemail box options. Press 1 for unavailable greeting, 2 for your name, or 3 for temporary greeting. Press 2 to delete the existing recording on file.
