As a workaround a greeting could be recorded (so that the database entry is present) and the file replaced, but that's getting to be quite a task end-to-end. Maybe a relative or someone from your local high school or college. If you don’t have anyone around, a Walgreens or Walmart store might be able to do it for you if they edit video. They might have the capability.
