Why would you remove support for this? I'm completely amazed. I thought my old custom greeting got lost during an update but not to have a BASIC feature that has been available since Skype's inception is just foolish. All calls were going directly to voicemail and the greeting was some funky messagemaybe it was the default although custom was checkmarked. I also tried resetting, turning off WiFi, checking Do Not Disturb. HOWEVERClearing all my old voicemail messages WORKED! Thanks so much for sharing! This saved me a trip to the AT&T Store.
