The only problem I have with the voices is that the French and Spanish ones are really hard to understand. It’s almost like the voices are speaking English words based solely on French and Spanish phonetic rules, instead of sounding like English in a French or Spanish accent. Either way, it was a jolly good time, and I recommend that you at least play with the app, if not actually use it on a regular basis.

I have the same exact problem. Same series of events too. Thought I messed it up, then went back, now nothing. Maybe someone will figure it out. Yes, though if there's no preexisting greeting the GUI won't detect it if placed in the filesystem. I suspect a database entry is needed for the GUI to "see" the greeting. As a workaround a greeting could be recorded (so that the database entry is present) and the file replaced, but that's getting to be quite a task end-to-end. Also I don't know if the database stores the length of the recordings, which could be problematic during playback if the original and replacement audio files are different lengths. The service also recommends stating your name, apologizing for missing the call and that you will call them back. If possible include a time frame for a return call. Don’t ramble or include un-needed information.
