I have a confession to make: I haven't recorded a new voicemail greeting in nearly a decade. Since then, I've (hopefully) become more articulate, poised, and self-assured. But hear my voicemail recording, and you'd think I was still new to the work world, a little unsure of myself — and probably not an authority.

When you receive a voicemail, a notification will alert you on Skype for Business apps, desktop phone, and email app. If the caller hangs-up before leaving a message, you will receive a Missed-Call Notification email with the caller information (if it was not blocked). Open your Android’s Phone app. It usually looks like a phone receiver at the bottom of the home screen. Press and hold the 1 key on the keypad. Tap Add number. Tap Service. Tap My carrier. Tap Setup. Tap Voicemail number. Type your mobile phone number and tap OK.
