I had the same problem -- very frustrating! I powered off my iPhone (Held down lock button and then slid the red slide button) and then restarted (hit the lock button). I wish that I’d read this a few years ago. I think that we all have a few voicemails that we wish that we could keep forever, but I lost a few a couple years ago. Update, the database doesn't appear to store the length of the audio file, so it shouldn't be a problem if the original and replacement audio are different lengths. Inserting an entry into the "v_voicemail_greetings" table should resolve the GUI "seeing" the greeting, but there is a voicemail_greeting_uuid column that is a long string of hex.
