There is no option under this to change voicemail greeting. When I go to My account settings there is only the option to forward calls or to go to voicemail but no option there to change the greeting (as the on-line versions show). After my custom message has played, the automatic voice kicks back in giving instructions on how to leave a message & access additional options before the tone is sounded. How can I eliminate those automated instructions and proceed directly to the “beep?”
